This identity refresh was led by Derek Wetter as part of an ongoing creative link to Axos Bank. The goal was to build a brand system that could live comfortably between the legacy of traditional finance and the speed of the digital world. Typography, color, and layout were all reworked to bring more clarity, consistency, and a clean, modern edge. We also wanted to embrace the SoCal roots of Axos and let a distinctly San Diego vibe come through in the imagery with visuals that feel bright, natural, and unapologetically West Coast. The result is an identity that feels sharp enough for the future but grounded enough for right now.
